We are able to offer bulk course order discounts for order of 10 courses or more. This is useful if you are business or institution and you need to purchase courses for multiple learners at once. I've completed a course but haven't received my certificate.
Different factors, depending on the course in question, affect when and how certificates are emailed. There are also certain
factors out of our control (such as the internet mail system) which may contribute additional delay. In the vast majority of cases, certificates are emailed within minutes of course completion. We do, however, allow up to 24 hours for a certificate to be delivered via email.
Beyond waiting for your certificate to arrive, you may also (at any time) visit the My Account page where you may be able to immediately print a copy of your certificate.
Continuing Education Courses that require the reporting of your credits to the state are reported within 24 hours for 99.9% of cases, precluding unforseen circumstances. Generally, however, reporting is much faster than this.
Please know that although we have automated systems in place that ensure that we are able to report your credits to the appropriate governing entity, not all factors are within our control.
